WHY I STARTED PROCUREADHOC

I know the procurement load because I have lived it.

ProcureAdhoc started with a problem I experienced myself while working in Supply Chain Management.

Operational work can consume so much time that there is very little left for the activities that actually improve procurement — benchmarking, supplier evaluation, planning and deeper sourcing.

Sometimes, when the pressure is high, the priority simply becomes getting the requirement fulfilled.

That experience made me realise that procurement teams need more than just people to get the daily requirements done.

They need the time and capacity to do procurement properly.

That is what led me to start ProcureAdhoc.
